Real Estate Aerobic Inspection

Aerobic system repairs can be very costly and small issues can turn into expensive repairs. We offer full aerobic septic inspections for real estate buyers and/or sellers in and around Montgomery County.
The real estate inspection for a residential aerobic system would consist of…
1. Pressure test on the compressor.
2. Cleaning all screens to assure proper flow.
3. Preform test to make sure the pump is operating efficiently.
4. Testing of the spray heads to make sure they are not clogged up.
5. Preforming a thorough check of the compressor to assure that the system is getting proper aeration.
6. Making sure that the diffuser is distributing air properly.
7. Checking that the scum/sludge layer is not too thick.
8. Testing the PH and Chlorine Residual levels and make any necessary recommendations to the sellers/buyers as needed.
9. If any part of the system is not working properly or requires repairs, we make these recommendations to the sellers/buyers as well and provide an estimate for the repairs that are needed.
Our aerobic septic inspections would ensure the system is up to code and all system operations and components are functioning properly. Upon completion of the inspection, a full report is sent to all parties involved.
