Aerobic Septic Yearly Maintenance Agreement
We provide yearly aerobic maintenance agreements for customers in and around the Montgomery County area. The agreement includes a thorough inspection of your aerobic system every four months/three times a year. Our technicians perform inspections and test to make sure all parts of the system are working properly.
This includes…
1. Making sure that the pump is pumping the proper amount.
2. Testing of the spray heads to make sure they are not clogged up.
3. Preforming a thorough check of the compressor to assure that the system is getting proper aeration.
4. Checking that the scum/sludge layer is not too thick.
5. Testing the PH and Chlorine Residual levels and make any necessary recommendations to the customers as needed.
6. If any part of the system is not working properly or requires repairs, we make these recommendations to the customer as well and provide an estimate for the repairs that are needed.
